Congratulations to this year’s CJA Award Winners!

The following list of prize winners in this year’s CJA Awards program was provided by Ramon A. Hernandez, CJA Awards Committee Chairman and Chief Judge.

Dear CJA Membership:

Due to nursing my left hearing which as some of you may have known I lost for several days due to a severe case of swimmer’s ear I will not be making the trip out west to Irvine. I will however rejoin you south in 2011 in Orlando. Though I may not be with you in California, my heart and dedication to chess journalism and to the CJA reaches far and beyond. I am pleased to announce the following individuals as winners of their respective categories for the 2010 Chess Journalists of America Annual Chess Journalism Awards. Most of the awards winners have their entries saved as pdf files and can be viewed and downloaded here through September 9th, 2010. I am also submitting my CJA Awards Committee Report which you may download here. In addition, you may review the votes per each entry here (in Excel format) or here (on a web page), the names of the awards judges have been removed but their votes stand correctly. I thank you all and wish you each a safe and wonderful remainder of this Summer 2010.
