Below please find a copy of the remainder of this year's CJA 2010 Annual Chess Journalism Award schedule. The schedule is complete, has been revised to adapt to several factors related to publicizing the competition and is final.

May 2010 Call for entries published in Chess Life
June 2010 Call for entries published in The Chess Journalist
Tuesday, June 22nd, 2010 Deadline for submitting and postmarking all entry material to the CJA Awards Committee Chair
circa Saturday, June 26th, 2010 Our CJA Webmaster uploads the names of individuals and their respective entries for 2010 CJA Chess Journalism Awards.
Monday, June 28th, 2010 Entry material sent out by the CJA Chief Judge to all CJA Awards Committee Judges
Wednesday, June 30th, 2010 Judging begins by the awards committee for all categories minus the 2010 Chess Journalist of The Year Award which will also have ballots mailed out on this date to all CJA members on the latest membership list as held by CJA's Secretary.
Wednesday, July 14th, 2010 Judging by all CJA members for the 2010 CJA Chess Journalist of America ends (All ballots must be postmarked and mailed to the CJA Awards Committee Chair)
Friday, July 16th, 2010 Judging by the awards committee ends (All results should have been e-mailed to the CJA Awards Committee Chair)
Sunday, July 18th, 2010 Individual categories begin to have their results tabulated, counted and certified by the CJA Awards Committee Chairman and the final committee report begins to be typed.
Sunday, August 1st, 2010 Individuals are notified of the result by e-mail as to how they finished in the respective categories.
circa Wednesday, August 4th, 2010 Annual CJA meeting (2010 in Irvine, CA.) and review/unsealing of ballots for the 2010 Chess Journalist of The Year Award
August 12th, 2010 Winners of each category in the 2010 CJA Annual Chess Journalism Awards are mailed out their certificates.
December 2010 Results of the 2010 CJA Annual Chess Journalism Awards published in The Chess Journalist
