29 September 2010: Mark Taylor to edit next issue of Journal

CJA Secretary/Treasurer Randall Hough just issued the following announcement:

In the wake of John Hillery's untimely passing, we are happy to announce that Mark Taylor, editor of Georgia Chess (and winner of plenty of CJA awards), has agreed to take on the task of producing the next issue. Mark is associate professor of English at Berry College and is currently preparing an extensive annotated bibliography of chess narratives in English. We are extremely fortunate that he stepped up. Mark can be reached at senioreditor@georgiachess.org [email link corrected 10/04/2010]. Our publication schedule slipped severely during John's illness, so this will be a double issue for June and September.  The mailing list will include those whose memberships lapsed during the last two few months but did not receive renewal notices.
